Lee Cox-Davies, Managing Director

Lee has 20 years’ experience in delivering outsourced health and social care services and is the principal architect of Livity Life.

Lee has secured over £1.2bn of health and social care contracts and delivered services that have achieved national recognition. Motivated by his own experience of growing up supporting a disabled family member, Lee is passionate about making meaningful changes to enable individuals to live better lives.

Jason Martin, TEC Director

Jason is an experienced business leader with over 20 years’ experience. As a qualified Data Scientist, he has a passion for improving the lives of vulnerable people through data led intelligence.

Jason specialises in the use of advanced analytic techniques to inform the proactive and preventative health & social care agenda, applying actionable insight to drive culture change and service transformation.

Tarnia Roan, TEC Development Manager

Tarnia has over 12 years’ experience within the TEC sector and supports our Operational teams to deliver robust high-quality services, compliant with the TEC Quality Standards Framework and regulatory guidelines.

Responsible for establishing our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre during the challenges of the COVID pandemic, Tarnia was fundamental in achieving our first TSA accreditation within the centre's first year of operation.

Tarnia also leads our private pay solutions, continuously developing this service to keep pace with market innovation.

Deb Knowles, Head of TEC Clinical Transformation

Deb is a Band 8 Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in clinical and operational settings. She specialises in the use of Technology Enabled Care to deliver the best outcomes to our service users. She has a particular interest in the benefits of TEC for Epilepsy.

Responsible for clinical development, including our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre, she oversees all clinical processes, call handling, scripting, and clinical governance, ensuring clinical compliance and document standards are maintained.

Directly available to support Health and Social Care colleagues, Deb delivers peer-to-peer guidance, helping drive TEC adoption through tailored prescriber training programmes.
